The Extraordinary Paradise We Call Camp

On the 14th of November the year 6 students camped at Carey park from Monday to Wednesday. We got to play and do lots of fun activities such as bush walks (Which is not very fun for those of us who hate getting muddy), rock climbing , kayaking, eating ( Even though some of the food was nasty), cold, wet, slippery river games, the fast, fantastic flying fox, orienteering, the confidence course, blast from the past, the challenging rope maze and we also got to roast marshmallows on top of an open fire even though it ruined the delicious puffy taste that we all know and love.

Only if we were closer to take this picture

How do you hold this thing?

I'm trying, don't judge

Trying to learn how to kayak, but my brains already full

Mr Liu what do you think your doing? Your meant to be taking pictures of us!!!

Whoops, he drowned.

Playing bumper kayaks

I'm beating you!!!!!!!

I got it!!!

How are we supposed to get the water in here, it's full of holes?

Like this.

Go away paparazzi!!!

Don't drop that water... or else

''Please don't wet me"

CATCH!!!

HURRY UP AND THROW IT ALREADY!!!

Hurry up and catch!

Get a move on , I wanna win!

Look at our sticks, aren't they amazing?

Hard work pays off, if you win, but we didn't

This is totally not nasty

Burning the mellows

Nice fire, don't burn me

Camp was definitely a good life experience. At camp we got to get to know our closest friends better, which made us even closer. We also learned that some of our friends snore and others sleep talk which is really annoying. It was fun but messy at the same time, which was really annoying to some people, namely Madhuri and Tanisha. Can't wait to go to camp during intermediate.
